CounselWindow is currently in product validation. This page explains how information submitted through the site is used and the limitations that apply to CounselWindow's public-source labor-relations intelligence.
Information you provide
This may include your name, work email, firm or organization, role, and any message you choose to submit through the early-access form.
How we use it
We use submitted information to respond to your inquiry, communicate with you about CounselWindow, evaluate product interest, and understand product needs. We do not sell the personal information submitted through the early-access form.
Public-source data
CounselWindow organizes and enriches information obtained from publicly available sources, including public National Labor Relations Board records. Public records can be delayed, incomplete, corrected, supplemented, or removed after publication. CounselWindow may not reflect the most recent status of a matter at all times.
No government affiliation
CounselWindow is an independent information service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or acting on behalf of the National Labor Relations Board or any other federal, state, or local government agency.
Priority indicators and rankings
Any priority indicator, ranking, score, flag, or similar organizational feature is designed to help users review public information more efficiently. It is not an assessment of legal merit, case outcome, employer intent, wrongdoing, the need for legal representation, or the likelihood that any party will retain counsel or another advisor.
No legal advice
CounselWindow provides information and organizational tools only. It does not provide legal advice, form an attorney-client relationship, predict legal outcomes, or replace review of the original public record or advice from qualified legal counsel.
